The Utility Regulator today publishes notice of its intention under Article 10(4) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) to grant an Electricity Generation Licence to Belfast Energy Storage Company Limited.
The Utility Regulator has today given notice of its intention to grant a generation licence to Belfast Energy Storage Company Limited. The proposed licence is in respect of electricity battery storage.
A copy of the proposed licence accompanies this notice.
