On 05 July 2024 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation on the proposed grant of an electricity generation licence to Powerhouse Generation Limited.
No responses were received to the consultation.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 (the Order) the Utility Regulator has on 19 August 2024 granted an electricity generation licence to Powerhouse Generation Limited.
Copies of all documents will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
