The Utility Regulator is consulting on licence modifications to energy suppliers’ licenses in line with UR’s Decision paper on Energy Supplier Customer Service Levels.
The relevant notices are being published for consultation to introduce new licence conditions as per:
- Notice under Article 14(2) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992; and
- Notice under Article 14(2) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
