Article 9(6) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015, establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (the CACM Regulation), requires the approval of all regulatory authorities of the generation and load data provision methodology.
On 13 June 2016, the Utility Regulator received a proposal for the Generation and Load Data Provision Methodology (GLDPM) from SONI Limited, the Northern Ireland TSO.
The Utility Regulator is today, 6 July 2017, publishing its decision to approve , in line with the all regulatory authorities’ agreement dated 28 October 2016, the proposal for the GLDPM. Also published is the approval by all RAs of the all TSO proposal for GLDPM Pdf (283 KB).
