Under Licence Condition 16, SONI submitted to UR a Final Modification Report, in regards to a modification proposal to Grid Code Clause CC13.1.

Licence Condition 16(3) allows the provision for UR to provide approval on modification proposed by the Licensee.
Licence Condition 16(4), allows the provision for UR where it may feel appropriate to issue direction(s) regarding revision(s) to the SONI Grid Code.
