The UR has been progressing work on establishing the guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SOGL), in accordance with Article 40(6) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485, and has received the TSOs’ proposals for Key Organisational Requirements, Roles and Responsibilities (KORRR) relating to Data Exchange from SONI.
We have reviewed the KORRR Proposal in line with the requirements of the SOGL, its statutory duties and obligations and have decided to request an amendment to the KORRR Proposal pursuant to Article 6(7) of Regulation 2017/1485.
The attached letter sets out our decision to request SONI to amend the proposal for KORRR.
