On 30 April 2014 a licence for the supply of gas was granted to Flogas Natural Gas Limited, a company registered in Ireland (registered number 47246).
Flogas subsequently set up a new company registered in Northern Ireland, Flogas Natural Gas Limited (registered number NI622648), and requested that their gas supply licence was assigned from the company registered in Ireland to the new company registered in Northern Ireland.
We considered the assignment in accordance with Article 12 of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and condition 1.9 of the gas supply licence and the Utility Regulator consented to the assignment of the gas supply licence to Flogas Natural Gas Limited (registered number NI622648) with effect from 10 July 2014.
In assigning the licence to Flogas Natural Gas Limited (registration number NI622648), the Utility Regulator has also made modifications to the gas supply licence as set out in the notice of consent. The modifications are also effective from 10 July 2014.
