The Utility Regulator has today given Notice of its intention to grant a new gas supply licence to EP NI Energy Ltd.
At the same time we are also consulting upon our intention to grant an electricity generation licence to EP NI Energy Ltd.
A copy of the proposed gas supply licence is available to view here.
Copies of all documents will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
