The Utility Regulator today publishes its final proposals paper for guaranteed service standards in gas.
In July 2011, the Utility Regulator published a consultation paper on guaranteed service standards in gas and received the following three responses:
- The Consumer Council
- Phoenix Natural Gas Limited
- Phoenix Supply Limited
Having considered all responses and representations made to the consultation, the Utility Regulator now publishes notification of its final proposals. The paper details the proposed guaranteed standards of service and overall standards of performance that the Utility Regulator intends to implement for the Northern Ireland gas industry.
Separate consultations will follow in the near future on both the draft regulations for standards of performance in individual cases and on the draft publication of overall standards.
Copies of the document will be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of minority languages if required.
