Modifications to the ‘Provision and Return of meters’ section in the gas conveyance licences with distribution activities.
The Utility Regulator has now completed a statutory consultation on proposed modifications to the two existing conveyance licences with distribution activities. The decision paper on the modifications are required to allow the distribution licence holders to recover the additional costs associated with the provision of all Pay As You Go (PAYG) meters in Northern Ireland.
