Further to our consultation dated April 2010 in relation to the NISEP Framework Document, the Utility Regulator has published the decision paper and the final framework document.
The Utility Regulator would like to thank all those who responded to the consultation.
Licence holders who wish to take part should now sign the ‘accedence document’ in appendix 8 of the framework document and return it to the programme administrator.
Others wishing to take part should refer to 1.4 of the framework document for information on how to become a Primary Bidder.
