Today the Utility Regulator publishes notice of the decision to modify the electricity supply licence held by Gaelectric Green Energy Limited.
The proposed modification will amend the financial year in Condition 2(2) of the licence to align to Gaelectric Green Energy Limited’s own statutory financial year.
The decision follows notice of the proposed modification published on 12 August 2016. We did not receive any responses to this consultation.
This modification will take effect from 16 November 2016.
