On 1 October the Utility Regulator published a consultation paper which set out proposed licence modifications to the Gas Transmission System Operator (TSO) licensees. These are necessary to implement the Congestion Management Procedures (CMP) in EC Regulation EC 715/2009.
We received 3 responses to the consultation and they have been taken into account in determining the final licence modifications.

The modifications came into effect on 15 January 2014.
