The Utility Regulator today announced that a half-day workshop, to discuss the award of licence(s) to support the extension of the natural gas network across Northern Ireland, will take place on Friday 8 June 2012.
On Wednesday 16 May 2012 we published a Gas Networks extension in Northern Ireland discussion paper. The issues raised in this paper will form the basis for discussion at the workshop.
This workshop will be of interest to anyone interested in applying for a licence to build and operate the new networks, it will also be of interest to potential gas consumers and stakeholders in areas not yet connected to the natural gas network.
The details of the workshop, and how to register for attendance are outlined below:
Date and Time: Friday 8 June 2012, commencing at 10.30 a.m. and concluding at 1.00 p.m. with a light lunch
