Utility Regulator to refer PC10 Determination to Competition Commission

Correspondence was received from NI Water (on 2 April) disputing the PC10 Determination issued by the Utility Regulator on 3 February.  The Utility Regulator will now commence the process of referral to the Competition Commission.
