In late January 2010 the Utility Regulated published a consultation which considered the merits of aligning the price control reviews of Northern Ireland’s Gas Distribution Network. Five responses were received, links to which are included below.
Having considered each of the responses, the Utility Regulator has decided to proceed with the preferred option and way forward, as detailed in the consultation. That is, that we will now plan and develop a “mini price control” covering the two year period of 2012 and 2013 for Phoenix Natural Gas Limited, thereby aligning PNGL’s next price control in 2014 with that of firmus energy.
