Today the UR publishes its final decision paper on the Power NI supply price control 2014-2017. The decision paper details the main elements of the price control including customer coverage (scope) of regulated tariffs; duration of the price control; operating costs (opex) levels and allocations and allowed margin for Power NI for the duration of the price control.
This decision paper follows two previous consultations, an approach to the 2014 Power NI price control, published in February 2013 and proposals for the 2014 Power NI price control, published in July 2013. 4 responses were received to the July 2013 consultation and they can be viewed below. Responses to the approach paper were published in July 2013 along with the proposals paper.
Having considered all responses and representations made during both consultation periods, we now publish our final decisions.
