On 30 October 2013, we published proposed modifications to the electricity transmission licences held by Northern Ireland Electricity Ltd, Moyle Interconnector Ltd and SONI Ltd. The reason for the modifications is to ensure that priority is given, in the dispatch of electricity, to certain types of generation.
Having received no objections during the notification period, we are today publishing the notice that brings the modifications into force. These are available using the links below:
