When we published the draft Forward Work Programme (FWP) 2011-12 for consultation on 27 October, we also indicated our intention to hold a stakeholder workshop to provide a discussion opportunity for stakeholders and interested parties.
The stakeholder session is planned for Tuesday 7 December, 2.00pm - 4.00pm at our office. We invited those interested in attending this session to confirm their attendance to us by Wednesday 1 December.
To date, very few stakeholders have indicated their intention to attend the session. If there is insufficient further interest by Wednesday 1 December, we will cancel the event. In that scenario relevant officials from the Utility Regulator will of course, be happy to hold bilateral discussions on the draft FWP with those who have already expressed an interest in attending the stakeholder session.
We would also take the opportunity to remind stakeholders that anyone wishing to submit a written response to the draft FWP should ensure that it reaches us by 12.00noon on 20 January 2011 or earlier if possible. We are unlikely to be in a position to consider any responses received after this date.
