The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) requested that the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) on the island of Ireland to develop a unified all island network code (the “CAG Code) under the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project. This document sets out certain High Level Principles for the CAG 2012 Code.
Individual sections of the code will be developed and consulted upon in the coming months. These High Level Principles will be the TSOs starting point for each of those sections. This document is intended to inform industry of progress on the CAG project and is not a formal consultation document; however the TSOs welcome any feedback which interested parties may have on this document.
