On 1 March 2012, the Utility Regulator, under Article 14(3) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 as amended, proposed to modify the condition entitled ‘Payment of Fees to the Authority’ of all current gas licences within Northern Ireland.
The text of the licence modification was published for consultation. No objections with respect to the proposed modifications were made. The licensees have all consented to the modifications published today.
