The Utility Regulator today publishes a notice of the decision to modify Flogas Natural Gas Limited’s gas supply licence.
The modification will amend the financial year in condition 1.2 of the licence. The financial year in the licence was 1 January to 31 December each year. The modification will change the financial year to run from 1 April to the following 31 March to align with Flogas’ own statutory financial year.
This decision follows notice of the proposed modification published on 14 December 2015. We did not receive any responses to this consultation.
This modification will take effect from 8th April 2016.
