In accordance with Article 10 of The Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, the Utility Regulator now gives notice that a licence for the supply of electricity in Northern Ireland was granted to Brookfield Green Energy NI Limited on 27 July 2016.
On 21 June 2016 the Utility Regulator issued a public consultation, under Article 10(4) of the Order, on the proposed grant of an electricity supply licence to Brookfield Green Energy NI Limited. We did not receive any responses.
