Today the Utility Regulator publishes its consultation on and notice to the gas conveyance licences held by GNI (UK), Premier Transmission, Belfast Gas Transmission, West Transmission, Phoenix Natural Gas, Firmus Energy Distribution and Scotia Gas Networks.
The proposed modifications will:
- Provide network users with more timely information on the level of postalised transmission tariffs prior to annual entry capacity auctions.
- Facilitate compliance with the EU Tariff Network Code.
- Align the timing of the tariff setting process across the four licence holders.
Any representations or objections with respect to the proposed modifications may be made on or before noon on 3rd November 2017 to:
