RP6 timetable

On the 23rd November 2016,  we published a revised timetable for the RP6 price control determination process for NIE Networks, to apply 1 October 2017 onwards until 31 March 2024.

The revised timetable is set out below, including the addition of the staged approach to Licence modifications as required under current legislation. The effective start date of the RP6 price control remains 1 October 2017 having gone through various consultation stages, including the new more consumer focused 8-week formal consultation between draft and final determinations.
