The Utility Regulator today publishes a decision paper on the gas conveyance licence changes required to facilitate European compliance. This follows a consultation published on the 3 March 2016.

The decision paper provides details on the reason for the change, consultation responses and the rationale for final decisions. One change has been made subsequent to the consultation responses.
Copies of all documents can be made available in large print, Braille, audio cassette and a variety of relevant minority languages if required.
