In pursuance of its powers under Article 14(1) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 as amended (“the Order”), the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation, having obtained the consent of Northern Ireland Electricity plc, and having given notice of its intention to the make the modifications as proposed below, hereby modifies the licence to participate in the transmission of electricity issued to Northern Ireland Electricity plc under Article 10(1)(b) of the Order (the “Licence”).
