In pursuance of its powers under Article 60(1) of the Energy (Northern Ireland) Order 2003, the Northern Ireland Authority for Energy Regulation, having consulted with licensees and with the consent of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, hereby issues details of the modifications made by it to the various licences and to the standard conditions of licences for the purpose of implementing and facilitating the operation of the postalisation tariff arrangements for gas transmission through the pipelines designated by the Department under Article 59 of the Order.
