The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation are today publishing the CAG tariff model as part of the CAG tariff consultation process. The model has been updated since publication of the consultation paper to reflect new information received.
The model has been developed to enable users to test the impact of potential tariff outcomes using different inputs. The model also allows users to test tariffs with different asset configurations. Users of the model should look at the quantum and direction of the impact of the various options rather than the specific point estimates for tariffs.
