Utility Regulator and CER publish CAG conclusion paper on high level transmission tariff structure

The Utility Regulator and the Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) have published a conclusion paper on high level transmission tariff structure in Ireland and Northern Ireland as part of the Common Arrangements for Gas (CAG) project.

Following on from responses received to previous consultations and upon further consideration the Regulatory Authorities conclude that an Entry Exit tariff regime will be developed in Ireland and Northern Ireland as part of CAG.

The responses from the October draft conclusions paper on transmission tariff harmonisation will also be available shortly on both regulators’ websites: (www.cer.ie) and (www.niaur.gov.uk).
