The Utility Regulator today publishes its decision on the modification of Vayu Limited’s financial year in Condition 2 paragraph 2 of their electricity supply licence. The financial year noted in the licence has been changed to align with their own statutory financial year.
This decision follows notice of the proposed modification published on 12 August 2015. We did not received any responses to this consultation.
This modification will take effect from 1 January 2016.
