Our Private Office team operates at the heart of the organisation.

The Head of Private Office will act as high-level gateway between the CEO, the wider organisation, and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for ensuring the CEO gets the right information at the right times to support decision making, steer the organisation and manage engagement across the energy and water sectors, consumer groups, the Northern Ireland Assembly and beyond.

The work is fast paced, highly varied and purposeful and requires excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, a highly developed grasp of policy and political dynamics and strong management and delivery skills.

We are looking for a dynamic leader, who has strong collaborations skills and the ability to build strong diverse relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise/capability in professional specialism and experience working with and gaining trust and confidence of senior leaders. The ability to work at pace and under pressure is essential for this senior role, along with exceptional communication skills and the ability to distil complex information, verbal and written.
