Additional services available from utility companies

What additional support is available?

• Electricity and gas suppliers in Northern Ireland hold customer care registers and offer a range of free additional services for those customers with special requirements: to find out more about these services, please contact your supplier.

• NIE Networks Ltd have a Medical Customer Care Register which provides additional services for customers who are dependent on life supporting electrical equipment.

• NI Water offers a range of free additional services to older people, those with a serious medical condition or consumers who need extra help for any other reason. NI Water has produced an information leaflet which provides further information on their Customer Care Register.
